Paul sees all the worms

When Paul Atreides (you may know him as Muad'dib) ingests spice, he can see all of his possible futures. They come to him in a terrifying frenzied jumble at first.

Awareness flowed into that timeless stratum where he could view time, sensing the available paths, the winds of the future... the winds of the past: the one-eyed vision of the future - all combined in a trinocular vision that permitted him to see time-become space.

What does that look like? Paul sees across at least 4 dimensions; how does that fit onto a 2-dimensional canvas?

Surely, Paul can see across all the cinematic versions of Dune. He can see the 1984 David Lynch Dune. He can see the 2021/24 Denis Villeneuve version. He can even see the version that Alejandro Jodorowsky never got to complete.

Paul can see each of these movies and all* of the ways that the sandworms can be represented. Yes, that includes the sandworms from Beetlejuice.

I’ve made two paintings in this series, so far. If you look closely, you can see Frank Herberts descriptions of the worms and the spice experience.
