I was able to get to the Mission to enjoy Porchfest on June 10. This was a little musical festival where there were stages set up in driveways, on porches, and at some local businesses all within a couple of blocks in the Mission District.
You could really see how the arts bulled community members together.

District 8 played from a driveway on 21st Street. It was a lovely scene with children dancing in front and I saw some old friends from my days at CELLspace art collective.
