You can use art to learn and teach any subject, and I can help.

I provide workshops and lesson plans for teachers and families to implement arts education.

I run the Where Art Lives program, an arts education program to help young people in San Francisco find their own creative voice while exploring issues around graffiti and community.

I also provide services as a teaching artist with Young Audiences of Northern California and professional development for teachers as part of the Arts Ed Matters team.

Where Art Lives

I run the Where Art Lives program for the City of San Francisco to provide arts education about graffiti art and vandalism to young people in the city. We ask, “How can art benefit a community?” and “What message would you like to share?” as we help young people develop their artistic style.

Where Art Lives is operated by Uphill Arts, a fiscally sponsored project of Independent Arts and Media, with funding from the San Francisco Arts Commission.

Scribble Away Your Worries

These instruction videos can help people of any age use art to access their emotions, and use their emotions to create meaningful art. No skill needed.
